CNC milling
Our company has an extensive machinery and technology park. Thanks to this, we can perform CNC milling for you, using modern computer-controlled milling machines. These processing methods allow for very good results and the production of even complex details. To meet your expectations, it is necessary to provide us with detailed technical documentation (technical drawing), which will describe the parameters and dimensions of the ordered element.
Our company specializes in making chainwheels in a wide range of inch divisions for various types of roller diameters. We have modern machines and specialized tools that allow us to quickly cut the teeth while maintaining high quality.
Gearwheels are one of the main products of ZMM. In our machine park, we have a Gleason CNC hobbing machine - PFAUTER P600/800, with which we can produce involute gears, not only standard, but also spherical (with curved toothing), in the accuracy class 6 (DIN 3962). In addition, we carry out orders for arrow teeth and barrel gearwheels, as well as many others.
One of the main products of our plant are toothed racks, which are an important element of toothed gearwheels, which, in cooperation with the toothed wheel, change the rotational movement of the toothed wheel into reciprocating movement of the toothed rack or vice versa. In our machine park we have a REINECKER horizontal milling machine, on which we can make toothed racks from module 0.5 to module 8 with a length of up to 1150mm. Special racks are made on a Fanuc Robocut C600iA EDM wire burner.
