One of the main products manufactured in our plant are gearwheels. As a reputable manufacturer, we have one of the most modern machines in the country - CNC hobbing machine - Gleason - PFAUTER P600/800, which we can produce involute gearwheels with a spherical profile (arc toothing) in the accuracy class DIN 6 (DIN 3962), as well as arrow toothing and with a barrel shape without the need for grinding, toothed shafts, pinions, shafts and bushings with splines, pulleys for both V-belts and toothed belts. We have the option of cutting single and multi-threaded worms as well as cooperating worm wheels. We can make a gear wheel with a diameter of 900 mm, module from m-0.5 to module m-20. The minimum number of teeth that a wheel should have, is 6. The machine is equipped with a module for setting the pre-cut toothing after improving the material and finishing "hard" milling (with higher hardness than initially). We carry out individual orders, orders in small series and large-scale orders.
